"When I called in today and asked for Catherine, I was told by Brad, that since I wasn’t a customer of hers, she didn’t have time to talk with me. I told him, I was calling in for a customer of hers, to help him with his claim. I got transferred and when I explained what had just happened, Catherine laughed. When I told her that I didn’t think it was funny, she laughed even more. She continued to laugh throughout most of the conversation. She did stop long enough to give me an email address, so I could forward the information she needed to process the claim. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone be so unprofessional.

I was not having a bad day until I was treated so rudely by Brad. Again, I explained to you what had happened and you could only laugh about it. You tried to throw it back on me, like I was having a bad day, but it wasn't bad until I called your office. Even in your response, you don't take responsibility for your or Brads behavior. I hope this gets seen by your corporate office and they can deal with it."
